Growing up, I experienced the generation gap, loneliness, struggles with anxiety and lack of support. When I became a mother, I promised myself that I would be a guiding light for my children. I began studying Maria Montessori's philosophy and applied its principles while working in a kindergarten. I read specialized literature, attended seminars, talked to psychology experts, and engaged in discussions about the lives of children and adolescents. I also learned how to build meaningful connections with teenagers. This led me to explore conscious parenting, understanding children's and teen’s emotions, feelings, and needs, and delve into overcoming anxiety.
