Romy Gemmell
Biography
Rosemary Gemmell’s short stories and articles are published in UK magazines, in anthologies, in the US, and online and she has won several short story prizes. She lives in the beautiful west coast of Scotland and is now a published novelist for adults (as Romy) and Middle Grade/tweens (as Ros) with three different e-publishers. Her BA (hons) in literature and history and MA in Humanities are put to good use in reading and research for all types of writing.
As an experiment, she self-published a collection of some of her previously published short stories, Reshaping the Past, to Kindle, followed by Victorian novella, Mischief at Mulberry Manor. Rosemary is a member of the Society of Authors, the Romantic Novelists’ Association, and the Scottish Associations of Writers. She describes herself as a butterfly writer because of all the different genres and types of writing she enjoys, and loves to share information with other writing groups. Whenever possible, she loves to dance!

This is the second novella in my Aphrodite and Adonis series set on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Each spring and summer Aphrodite, goddess of love, and her lover Adonis reunite with each other and play a game of choosing a visiting couple to the island who need their unique help. Sexy and mischievous Aphrodite is complemented by sexy and sensitive Adonis who understands humans have more fragile feelings.
The Aphrodite Touch is the first short novella in my new Aphrodite and Adonis series set on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Carla is hoping that ten days on the romantic island will finally progress her relationship with reserved Scottish boyfriend, Jamie, to a full physical commitment. Or prove that they have no future together.
