This form is used for both Regular Listing (Free) and Power Listing ($4.99). If you want a more expedited process and more visibility for your book, choose Power Listing by checking the box next to 'Yes, I want a Power Listing' at the end of this form and you will have more benefits over the regular free listing.

We encourage you to have a look at the current listings on this website to have a feel of how your listing will be displayed. The author's name.
Your email address will not be displayed to public, however, if you don't prefer that website visitors to contact you, your email address will only be used by the webmaster for communications related to your book submission and website notifications.
We recommend a 50 words minimum biography.
If you already have a profile on humanmade.net and don't want to update your bio, please provide just the link to your profile page.
You can enter a link to your personal photo / picture (or a link to any page that contains your photo). Please note that your photo will be uploaded to this website and will be displayed on your profile page, along your books and in other summaries, lists and blocks across this website. By entering this link you agree and confirm that your photo / image / picture will be displayed as mentioned here. If you chose to provide a link for your photo, please provide a link to a clear personal photo. Links to avatars will not be accepted. Entering this link is optional.

Description must be 100 words minimum.
We encourage authors to provide a unique description (a description that does not exist on other websites, blogs, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, ... etc) this will help in making their book page stand out and receive higher ranks on search engines. If you have a ready-made (standard) description try to modify it.
The Genre / Category your book to be listed in. If no suitable genre exists, please recommend a genre in the 'Description' field.

Enter related links below. It can be a dedicated page for your book on your website, or on stores such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Smashwords, Lulu ... etc.
Title: Is the text to be displayed instead of the raw link (For Example: Mr. John's Website). URL: Is the full link. Please note that any referrals and search terms in the link will be filtered and omitted.
We will retrieve the image of your book cover from these links.

The link title is limited to 128 characters maximum.

In addition to the book description, you can tell the readers more things about writing the book. You can tell them things such as the real background and reasons for writing it and the mood you were in when you wrote it. Make your book stand out in front of readers with this personal touch.
Encourage readers to purchase your book by listing similar well known works / best selling books they may love based on your book. Please, enter one title per line, in the following format [BOOK TITLE] (book) by [AUTHOR NAME], Or, [MOVIE TITLE] (movie) by [DIRECTOR NAME]. Entries should not exceed five titles.
