S. Navy, Hertz, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Honeywell, Abbott Labs, Motorola, Staples, Verizon, Merck, and Oracle. Formerly an adjunct professor at Boston University’s School of Management, he holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior.
