I m an authority in economics, finance management, and efficiency in the workplace. I'm also an author of The Keto Diet for Beginners and other titles that center around healthy diets and living.

Unhappy with the weight I had steadily gained over the years, I finally made a decision that I was going to lose at least some of it and began thorough research into what might work best. My journey ended when I discovered the ketogenic diet and immediately I knew that it was what I had been looking for.

With determination, lots of information, a range of tasty meals, and a willingness to try something different, I managed to lose 40 pounds of excess weight and found that not only it made my look good but it also made me feel good, too.

With that momentum behind me, I began to understand that others may also benefit as I did. So, I wrote my first book on the subject.

My interest in healthy eating now occupies the entire ethos around the meals I prepare, cooking only healthy food for my family, who all love the variety of food that they can eat and the health benefits it brings. In my free time, I enjoy researching healthy living and dieting, creating amazing new recipes, and removing food addiction from the lives of my readers.

In the future, I plan to share my experiences of losing weight, healing my body, and increasing efficiency to as many people as possible, improving their lives through simple recipes and great food.
