Tracie Ingersoll Loy grew up in the Pacific Northwest/Washington State, where everyone else in her family still lives. Tracie graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Liberal Arts which included acting and writing. She currently lives in Northern Illinois with her husband and two dogs. Her daughter "left the building" and headed off to college. As an active member of the Chicago North Romance Writers, she attends conference and workshops. In the summer you can find Tracie hangin' out on the Chain of Lakes with her husband driving the boat, and her dogs barking at everyone.
