Hi, my name is Julia and I'm a fan of quick and healthy recipes.
I am an ecologist, but since childhood my favorite place in the house was the kitchen, where I learned cooking from my grandmother, a chef.
I've always enjoyed creating my own recipes and treating my family and friends to my one-of-a-kind dishes.
And recently I have another hobby-making video demonstrations of my dishes and posting them on my Facebook and Instagram pages.
In my recipes I try to use raw vegetables as much as possible, as they preserve essential nutrients. I don't add mayonnaise or ketchup. I like to use a lot of herbs and spices, natural seasonings, vegetable oils, and nuts.
My recipes are very easy to prepare and don't require any special cooking skills.
Most importantly: the main ingredients of all my recipes are my love and concern for your health!
