Krista Tibbs grew up in northern Maine, studied neuroscience at MIT, and has spent most of her career in the biotechnology industry conducting clinical research for diseases with unmet medical needs. She has an MBA from Duke University and has served in the federal government and public education. She has published two novels and an illustrated book of short stories: The Neurology of Angels, Reflections and Tails, and Uncertainty Principles. Krista currently lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.
