Quick Start Recipes For Healthy Meals - Book coverSo many people eat out because they don't have the time or the skills to cook.  They may buy a dozen recipe books or spend hours online searching for the perfect recipe but they get overwhelmed and give up.  If this sounds like you then this simple cookbook will help you get started with a healthy diet.

We all know that cooking at home has so many health benefits in addition to being more budget friendly.  I've included twenty-one of my favorite simple and delicious recipes including items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Each recipe has been made in my own kitchen and have been tested for flavor and easy of creation.  Some of these recipes are Fruity Oatmeal Breakfast Bake, Lentil & Brown Rice Soup,  Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries and Fresh Berry Bread Pudding.
