Alicia McLane works as a general operative in a factory. Her life changes when a new supervisor comes and starts bullying and harassing her. Alicia decides to fight him back. Unfortunately, her complaints against the supervisor are handled by the company in a way that shows that anti-harassment and anti-bullying procedures are violated even by the higher management. As the events unfold Alicia is forced to fight for her job and for her sanity.
Alicia’s story shows the difficulties the victims of bullying and harassment may face if they decide to report it to the management, and how some companies purposely mishandle harassment reports just to avoid the liability.
